Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

For orders shipped outside New Zealand, duties, taxes, and import charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Made-to-Order Products

Some Products are made to order. These items may have extended lead times and cannot be cancelled, returned, or modified once production has begun, unless required under applicable law.

Products featured on this Site are original designs created by Oddthing Limited.

Oddthing® is a registered trademark in New Zealand and a pending trademark in Australia. Wiggle Wall Hanger™ is a trademark of Oddthing Limited, with registrations pending in New Zealand and Australia.

Our designs, including product form, configuration, proportions, and visual identity, are protected by copyright, unregistered design rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws. These rights are recognised internationally under treaties such as the Berne Convention.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, imitate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our designs or products, or any substantially similar designs, in whole or in part, for personal or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
