Dulux Powder Coatings - NZ

Custom powder-coat colours from our ‘made to order’ range typically don’t incur additional charges. However, selecting a custom colour for stocked items may involve an extra fee, starting from NZ$90.

For precise colour matching, we’ll need to use spray painting instead of powder coating, which requires a custom quotation. Please contact us if this is required.

Yes, most of our products can be customised to suit your requirements. Custom sizes are quantity driven and a customisation fee may apply. Get in touch with us for a quotation.

Most of our products are made from aluminium with a powder-coated finish. We also work with metal materials such as steel and brass, as well as mirror glass.

Yes, we can supply 3D CAD models to interior designers and architects for use in their projects. Please get in touch with us and let us know the software you’re using and your preferred file types.

For made-to-order items, we accept a 50% deposit to process your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Yes, we accept a range of credit cards for online purchases through our website. We can also accept credit card payments for invoiced orders.

In many cases, yes. We’re happy to take a look at your drawings or images and provide feedback. Please send them through and we’ll review and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will require photos of the damaged product and its packaging. Please retain all packaging and do not throw it away.

Yes, please contact us to organise a collection time before coming in. Collection can be made from our studio at 5x Central Road, Kingsland, Auckland 1021, New Zealand.

Our products are made in New Zealand. This allows for quicker turnaround times, more flexibility with custom orders, and supports our local manufacturing industry.

We recommend selecting a length that is slightly shorter than your table or bench. As a general guide, The Long Light should be approximately 100–600mm shorter than the total length of your table or kitchen island.

As a general guide, pendants above a table or bench should hang approximately 700–900mm above the surface. For general room lighting where pendants are not positioned over a table or bench, they should be hung high enough so they don’t obstruct movement in the space. The exact height will depend on ceiling height, fixture size, and the layout of the room.

Yes, this involves masking and spray painting the interior of the shade in a different colour. One side will be powder-coated and the other side will be spray painted. Please get in touch with us for a quotation.

With the lighting fixture, we provide G95 opal LED bulbs, E27 fittings, cable clamps, and ceiling roses for installation.

The cable flex is not provided unless pre-arranged. We recommend your electrician supplies the flex specified on the spec sheet, as they will be able to provide the correct length required for installation based on your ceiling height.

Yes, The Long Light has been lab tested to meet NZ/AU standards. We can provide a Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) upon request. Please get in touch with us if you require a copy.

The Long Light is available in 500mm increments, with standard lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, and 3m.

We can also customise The Long Light to suit your specific dimensions. If you require a length outside of our standard sizes, please get in touch with us.
