What custom colours can I choose from?

There are a wide range of powder-coat colour options. We recommend choosing a colour from the Dulux powder-coat range. You can order free physical samples directly from their website at: https://duluxpowders.co.nz/colour/

Is there an additional charge when choosing a custom powder-coat colour?

It varies, but there is generally no additional charge for choosing available custom powder-coat colours within our 'bespoke' range. However, if you wish to choose a custom colour for one of our stocked items, there will be an additional charge starting from $70.00+gst.

Can I get an exact colour match?

In order to achieve colour matching, we will need to paint the object instead of using powder coating. It's worth noting that the spray painting process tends to be more expensive than powder coating. If you require a quotation, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Can I order a product with custom dimensions?

Yes, if you wish to customise dimensions, there will be an additional charge starting from $90.00+gst. For a quotation, please get in touch with us.

What material are your products made from?

Nearly all of our products are made from aluminium with a powder-coat finish. We also work with steel & brass.

Are your products available in 3D file formats?

Yes, we can supply 3D CAD models to interior designers and architects who wish to use our products in their projects. Please get in touch with us and let us know the software you are using.

Can I pay a deposit rather than paying the total amount all at once?

For ‘made-to-order’ items, we accept a 50% deposit to process your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and shall be retained as compensation for reserving the product, beginning the production process, and covering administrative costs.

The customer understands and agrees that this deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept a range of credit cards for online purchases on our website.

We can also accept credit card payment for purchases that are invoiced and not purchased directly through our website. However, payment processing fees will apply.

Do you offer a product design service?

We specialise in Industrial Design and can provide you with this service. We’d love to hear more about your project.

Can I put my logo or text on the product?

Yes. We have the capability to screen print graphics or text onto our products.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders. Please provide us with the details of your order, and we can provide a quotation tailored to your specific requirements.

Can you manufacture a product from an image /or technical drawing?

There is a good chance that we can do this for you. Please send us any technical drawings or an image of the product/design, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your product arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If the damage occurred during transit, we will require you to take photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Please do not throw out the packaging.

Can I order a product and pick it up from your studio?

Yes, please organise a time for collection before turning up. If the item that you are wanting to collect is oversized, you will be directed to collect from our storage facility.

 

LIGHTING SPECIFIC Questions:

 

Is it possible to apply a different colour to the interior of the light fixture?

Yes, we can mask and spray paint the interior of the shade in a different colour. However, please be aware that this incurs additional costs.

What is included with the ‘The Long Light’?

With the lighting fixture, we provide G95 opal LED bulbs, E27 fittings, cable clamps, and ceiling roses for installation.

What are the dimensions of the ceiling rose?

100mm in diameter and 25mm high.

Do you offer smaller ceiling roses that are suitable for hanging lights in a cluster arrangement?

Yes, please let us know if you intend to hang our lights in a cluster and we can supply more suitable ceiling roses.

Do you supply the electrical cable?

The cable flex is not provided unless requested. Your electrician can supply you with the right amount of cable for installation suited to your ceiling height.

Can you provide an SDoC for ‘The Long Light’?

Yes, if you require a copy of the SDoC (Supplier's Declaration of Conformity), please email us, and we will gladly provide it.

Can I order ‘The Long Light’ to a custom length that is not listed on your website?

The Long Light scales in length in 500mm increments. It is available for ordering in lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, or 3m.

Additionally, we can customise 'The Long Light' to fit your specific dimensions.

If you require a length that is not offered as part of our standard sizing, please contact us.

What length of ‘The Long Light’ should I order if my table/bench has dimensions of (x)?

We recommend ordering ‘The Long Light’ slightly shorter than the length of your table or bench. As a general rule, "The Long Light" should be 100-600mm shorter than the table/bench on each end.

Where can I view your lights?

Our lighting products are showcased in beautiful interiors across the country, with some open to public viewing.
